全层眼睑缺损患者自体游离硬腭黏膜移植修复中综合护理干预的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨全层眼睑缺损患者自体游离硬腭黏膜移植中的护理效果,评价对患者情绪、满意度及生活质量的影响。方法采用随机分配法将184例行自体游离硬腭黏膜移植修复全层眼睑缺损的患者随机分为研究组与对照组,每组92例。对照组给予基础护理措施,研究组予以综合护理措施,评价2组患者护理满意度、情绪变化及生活质量。结果2组护理干预后,焦虑评分(SAS)、抑郁评分(SDS)均下降,且研究组下降程度高于对照组,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,对照组总满意率为80.43%,明显低于研究组的97.83%,护理后,研究组患者生活质量各项目评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规干预基础上采用综合护理干预,能够缓解患者的负面情绪,提高患者对护理的满意率,改善患者生活质量,可在临床广泛推广及应用。Objective To investigate the effects of comprehensive nursing intervention in autogenous free hard palate mucosa transplantation in patients with full eye,and to evaluate its effects on patients’emotion,satisfaction degree and quality of life.Methods A total of 184 patients with full eyelid defect were randomly divided into research group(n=92)and control group(n=92).The patients in control group were treated by basic nursing measures,however,the patients in research group were treated by comprehensive nursing measures.The nursing satisfaction degree,emotional changes and quality of life of patients were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After nursing intervention,the SAS scores and SDS scores were decreased in both groups,moreover,and the decrease degree in research group was more significant than that incontrol group(P<0.05).After nursing,the total satisfaction rate in control group was 80.43%,which was significantly lower than that(97.83%)in research group.After nursing,the scores of the life quality of patients in research group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention,on the basis of routine intervention,can alleviate the negative emotion of patients,improve the satisfaction rate of nursing care,improve the quality of life of patients,therefor,it can be widely used in clinical practice.
