摘 要:以某电子限滑差速器(ELSD)中的电液控制系统为研究对象,分析其电液回路的控制原理及响应特性。根据回路各部件间的机、电、液联动关系,建立系统的数学模型。并运用AMESim/Simulink建模仿真平台,搭建ELSD的液压仿真模型。基于该模型,分析ELSD活塞输出压力与脉宽调制(PWM)信号控制的高速开关阀之间的动态响应关系。研究PWM信号频率、占空比、车轮间转速差及差速器、高速开关阀设计因素对输出油压的影响。通过分析仿真实验结果,提出提高该系统响应速度及控制精度的方法。Taking an electro-hydraulic control system of an electronic limited slip differential(ELSD)as the research object,we analyze control principle and response characteristics of its electro-hydraulic circuit.We establish a mathematical model of the system based on the mechanical,electrical,and hydraulic linkage relationship among various components of the circuit.A hydraulic simulation model of ELSD is built by the AMESim/Simulink platform.Based on the model,the dynamic response relationship between ELSD piston s output pressure and high-speed on-off valve controlled by pulse width modulation(PWM)signal is analyzed.The effects of PWM signal frequency,duty cycle,speed difference of wheels,design factors for differential and high-speed on-off valve on output oil pressure are studied.After analyzing the experimental results,we propose methods to improve response speed and control accuracy of the system.
