摘  要:为实现对大运量、长距离、重载的带式输送机在工作过程中断裂的胶带进行准确、及时的抓捕,设计了一套机电液一体化的断带抓捕装置。介绍了系统的基本结构,建立了装置的液压系统模型,借助AMESim软件对其进行仿真,分析蓄能器不同参数的设定对抓捕效果的影响,同时组装搭建了断带抓捕试验台,对上述仿真结果进行验证。结果表明:25L双蓄能器对胶带的抓捕时间较50L单蓄能器对胶带抓捕时间短;在一定范围内,并联式蓄能器容积越小,抓捕时间越长;液压泵与蓄能器之间的安装距离也影响系统对胶带的抓捕效果,安装距离越大,抓捕时间越长。In order to realize the accuracy of the broken belt of the large-capacity,long-distance and heavy-duty belt conveyors during the working process,a set of electromechanical and hydraulic integrated belt catching devices is designed.The article introduces the basic structure of the system and establishes the hydraulic system model of the device.The AMESim software is used to simulate it.We analyze the influence of the different parameters of the accumulator on the catching effect.At the same time,we assemble the broken belt catching test bench to verify the simulation results.The results show:The double accumulator with a volume of 25 L catches the belt for a shorter time than the single accumulator with a volume of 50 L.Within a certain range,reducing the volume of the accumulator will increase the capture time.The distance between the hydraulic pump and the accumulator also affects the system s ability to catch the belt,and the catching time is extended as the installation distance increases.
