摘 要:针对某大型飞机刹车蓄压器所处管路压力在转场飞行中过高的问题,分析发现,刹车蓄压器所处管路被单向阀隔离而成为封闭管路,由于刹车蓄压器容积较大并充有氮气,当环境温度变化时,氮气会因温度升高导致气压压力升高,进而导致管路油液压力升高。在刹车蓄压器管路上加装了安全活门,实施更改后,重新进行了试飞验证,结果表明刹车蓄压器管路压力过高的问题未再出现。此问题的分析与解决可为其他大型飞机刹车蓄压器压力管路设计提供借鉴。Aiming at exorbitant pipeline pressure of braking accumulator of a large aircraft in a transfer-ground flight,by analyzing the cause of this malfunction,we find that the braking accumulator pipeline is segregated by a check valve.Because the braking accumulator has a large volume and is filled with a mass of nitrogen,when the ambient temperature changes,the nitrogen will cause the pressure to rise due to the temperature rise,thus causing the oil pressure in the pipeline to rise.Moreover,a safety valve is installed on the braking accumulator pipeline after finding out the reason.Then a further flight-test is carried out,which indicates that the exorbitant pressure of braking accumulator pipeline doesn't occur again.Besides,the analysis and solution of the malfunction can provide reference for design of braking accumulator pipeline in other large aircraft.
