摘 要:化工厂房、污水管道和酸雨等环境中有较高浓度的硫酸,受硫酸腐蚀后,钢筋混凝土梁表层混凝土严重损伤,混凝土强度显著降低,梁受剪性能产生较大变化。考虑混凝土腐蚀层厚度和剪跨比等因素,对硫酸腐蚀钢筋混凝土梁受剪性能进行试验,研究混凝土腐蚀层厚度和剪跨比对钢筋混凝土梁截面应变、开裂荷载、破坏形态、承载力以及挠度等影响规律。研究结果表明:腐蚀梁破坏形态主要受剪跨比影响;随着腐蚀层厚度增加,梁截面应变和开裂荷载增大;承载力减小;变形增大。基于硫酸腐蚀对混凝土强度、剪跨比和截面尺寸等影响,提出硫酸腐蚀钢筋混凝土梁受剪承载力计算式,计算值与试验值吻合较好。There is a higher concentration sulfuric acid in chemical plants,sewage pipes and acid rains. After being corroded by sulfuric acid the reinforced concrete beam surface layer is seriously damaged,the concrete strength is significantly reduced,and the beam shear properties are changed greatly. The experimental search on the shear performance of reinforced concrete beam subjected to sulfuric acid corrosion was carried out the effects of corrosion layer thickness and shear span ratio on the laws of section strains,cracking loads,failure modes,bearing capacities and deflections were investigated. The results showed that the failure modes of the beams were affected by shear span ratio. With the increase of the corrosion layer thickness,the section strain and cracking loads increased,the bearing capacity of concrete beams decreased,and the deformations increased. Based on concrete strength,shear span ratio and section size changes caused by sulfuric acid corrosion,shear bearing capacity calculation formula of reinforced concrete beam sulfected to sulfuric acid corrosion was presented,the calculation results agreed well with the experimental results.
