摘 要:变截面钢吊车梁支座的疲劳问题一直是我国冶金工业建筑的研究热点之一,2013年针对“久治不愈”的变截面钢吊车梁疲劳问题,提出了三腹板圆弧过渡式变截面支座。针对三腹板变截面支座开展了缩尺模型疲劳试验研究,探索了该类变截面钢吊车梁的疲劳裂纹萌生位置及疲劳强度。基于等效峰值应力法,对比分析了三腹板圆弧过渡式变截面支座边腹板焊根、焊趾处的应力水平,应力集中程度等,证明了等效峰值应力法适用于该类变截面支座边腹板单面坡口角焊缝的疲劳性能分析,并结合试验结果得出基于等效峰值应力法的疲劳强度S-N曲线。Fatigue problem of steel crane girder support with variable cross-section is always one of the research hotospots in China's metallurgical industrial buildings. In 2013,the variable-section steel crane grider with circular arc transitional supports and triple-web was proposed for the fatigue problem. In the paper,a scale model fatigue test was carried out for the variable-section steel crane grider with circular arc transitional supports and triple-web. The fatigue crack initiation location and fatigue strength of this kind of steel crane beam were explored. Based on the equivalent peak stress method,the stress level and stress concentration at the welding root and toe of the edge web were compared and analyzed. It was proved that the equivalent peak stress method was suitable for the fatigue performance analysis of the single-side groove fillet weld on the side web of this kind of steel crane beam,and the fatigue strength S-N curve was proposed based on equivalent peak stress method.
