摘　　要：工业环境具有腐蚀介质种类多、浓度高、腐蚀性强等特点,导致混凝土结构的耐久性问题更为突出。对环境类别和作用等级进行划分,建立合理的环境指标体系是工业建筑混凝土结构耐久性评估亟需解决的问题。以武汉钢铁工业区为背景,调查分析了不同工业建筑环境特点,建立工业建筑混凝土结构耐久性的环境指标体系,并利用KNN算法对典型工业环境腐蚀等级进行划分,准确度较高,分类结果与现场实际检测结果较为一致。The concrete structure under industrial atmospheric environment has serious problems in durability,which caused by the features of corrosive medium,such as various kinds,high concentration and strong corrosive. It is of great significance to judge the durability status,which consists of classifying the environmental categories and establishing a reasonable durability environmental index system. Taking the Wuhan Iron and Steel (Group) Company as an example,the environmental characteristics of different industrial buildings were investigated and analyzed. In the paper,the environmental index system for evaluating the durability of industrial building concrete structures was established. The classification of typical industrial environmental corrosion grade was obtained by applying the KNN algorithm,and it achieved a good effect. Based on the above work,the durability design and routine maintenance of concrete structures could be implemented by adopting the proposed environmental index system. Classification results and on-site inspaction the test result were more consistent.
