摘　　要：在识别出项目主要社会稳定风险因素基础上,采用“单因素风险程度法”和“整体综合风险指数法”来确定项目的单因素风险程度和整体综合风险指数,然后依据“社会稳定风险等级评判参考标准”来判定重大建设项目的社会稳定风险等级,最后根据风险的可接受情况制定相应的风险应对措施,以降低风险等级来确保项目得以顺利实施。将该风险评估方法应用于上海市某轨道交通项目上,有效的控制了其实施过程中的社会稳定风险。On the basis of identifying the risk factors of the main social stability of the project,this paper uses the"single factor risk degree method"and"the holistic comprehensive risk index method"to determine the single factor risk degree and overall comprehensive risk index of the project,then according to the"social stability risk rating evaluation reference standard"to determine the social stability risk level of major construction projects,and finally to formulate corresponding risk response measures according to the acceptable risk of risk,in order to reduce the risk level to ensure the smooth implementation of the project.Applying this risk assessment method to a rail transit project in Shanghai effectively controls the social stability risk in its implementation process.
