摘 要:组织智能是组织应对环境变化和获取竞争优势的关键,大数据技术和思维的应用创新了组织管理。文章分析组织智能化研究现状,提出组织智能模型包括:数据信息、人员、结构、知识文化、学习和产品技术六方面。根据组织智能化模型和要求,提出了智能化衡量指标:数据挖掘和分析的能力、人员接受改变的能力、产生和分享知识的能力、高新技术应用水平、信息的传递效率、对市场的动态的响应灵敏度、决策响应机制完善程度。Organizational intelligence is the key to organizational response to environmental change and competitive advantage.The application of big data technology and thinking has innovated organizational management.The article analyzes the status quo of organizational intelligence research,and proposes organizational intelligence models including:data information,personnel,structure,knowledge culture,learning and product technology.According to the organizational intelligence model and requirements,intelligent measurement indicators are proposed:the ability of data mining and analysis,the ability of personnel to accept change,the ability to generate and share knowledge,the level of high-tech application,the efficiency of information transmission,and the dynamics of the market.response sensitivity,decision response mechanism perfection.
