深圳市罗湖区8071例女性人乳头瘤病毒感染情况及亚型分析

摘　　要：目的了解就诊女性人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染情况以及常见26种亚型在不同年龄段的分布情况,为建立和完善当地女性HPV监测体系、防治宫颈病变和HPV疫苗的开发应用提供参考依据。方法收集8 071例就诊女性的HPV分型检测结果。按不同年龄分为<20岁、20~34岁、35~49岁、≥50岁共4个年龄段,运用SPSS 17.0统计软件分析各年龄段HPV感染情况,并比较分析不同亚型的分布特点。结果受检的8 071例女性中,有1 467例感染HPV,感染率为18.18%,其中单一亚型感染有1 086例,感染率13.46%;多重感染有381例,感染率为4.72%。感染率最高的是<20岁组(45.83%),其次是20~34岁组(20.46%),最低的是35~49岁组(14.98%)。高危型HPV16、HPV 52、HPV 58以及低危型HPV6均为各年龄段最常见感染亚型,其中HPV16亚型感染最高。结论女性HPV感染趋向低龄化,HPV总感染率在年龄上呈近似"U"形分布, HPV16、HPV52、HPV58、HPV6为最常见HPV感染亚型,HPV感染亚型和年龄段分布具有独特的区域特点。Objective To investigate the genotypes distribution of 26 common human papillomavirus(HPV) and its prevalence among different age groups in Shenzhen Luohu People′s Hospital;thus to provide the reference basis for the prevention and treatment of HPV infection and cervical cancer. Methods The HPV genotyping results of 8 071 females who visited in Shenzhen Luohu People′s Hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were retrospectively analyzed. According to different age, these cases were divided into four groups,<20, 20-34, 35-49 and ≥50 groups. Prevalence and genotyping of human papillomavirus infection(HPV) was analyzed.Results A total of 1 467 cases of HPV positive samples were detected in 8 071 cases, and the prevalence was 18.18%. Single HPV infection and multiple HPV infection were observed in 1 086 cases and 381 cases, respectively. The highest infection rate was reported in first group(<20 years old, 45.83%), followed by the second group(20-34 years old, 20.46%), and the lowest infection rate was 14.98%(35-49 years old). High-risk HPV-16, 52, 58 and low-risk HPV-6 were the most common genotype infection, especially the high-risk HPV-16. Conclusion The HPV infection tends to infect the younger females in Shenzhen Luohu People′s Hospital. The study shows a "U" shaped distribution of age-specific prevalence of HPV. The most common four genotypes are HPV-16,-52,-58 and-6.
