摘　　要：共产国际总书记季米特洛夫在1935年开始关注西班牙问题,其新观点发展了马列主义革命策略理论,贯彻了共产国际七大原则。他在政策上对西班牙共产党进行指导,推动协调国际工人组织和工人运动援助;是派遣国际纵队赴西班牙反法西斯的主要倡导者和组织者,这是世界历史上的创举,从人类发展与命运的角度展现出国际主义气魄、反法西斯主义精神和英雄主义意志。这是在国际问题上对马列主义科学理论的运用,是对划时代经典文献《共产党宣言》所提口号及内涵的实践贯彻。在当今时代,了解历史细节,探寻实践经验,对于民众反法西斯主义和战争,在推进世界和平与发展基础上构建人类命运共同体具有重要启发。Dimitrov,the General Secretary of the Comintern,began to pay attention to the Spanish issue in 1935.His new viewpoint developed the theory of revolutionary strategy of Marxism-Leninism and carried out the seven principles of the Comintern.He guided the Spanish Communist Party in policy,promoted the coordination of International Workers’Organizations and Workers’Movement Assistance,and was the main advocate and organizer of sending an international column to Spain to fight fascism,which was an innovation in world history,showed,from the perspective of human development and destiny,the spirit of internationalism,the spirit of anti-fascism and the will of heroism,applied the scientific theory of Marxism-Leninism to international issues,and carried out the slogan and connotation of the epoch-making classical document Communist Manifesto.In today’s era,understanding the details of history and accumulating practical experiences have important inspirations for people to fight against fascism and war and to build a community of human destiny on the basis of promoting world peace and development.
