摘  要:以红叶石楠"红罗宾"半木质化幼嫩枝条为外植体,MS作为基础培养基,通过改变激素浓度配比,探究不同激素配比对"红罗宾"茎段腋芽诱导、茎芽苗增殖及生根的影响;以不同的栽培基质分别对生根幼苗进行炼苗移栽,探究红叶石楠移栽的最适基质组成。以期为红叶石楠工厂化育苗体系的建立提供参考依据。结果表明:MS+2.0 mg·L^-1 6-BA+0.25 mg·L^-1 NAA为腋芽诱导的最佳培养基,诱导率为76.7%;MS+2.5 mg·L^-1 6-BA+0.1 mg·L^-1 NAA为最佳增殖培养基,35 d增殖系数达5.12;红叶石楠试管苗最适生根培养基为1/2MS+0.8 mg·L^-1 NAA,45 d生根率高达90%;1/5红壤+4/5腐殖土的移栽基质,成活率达100%。Taking the stem with axillary buds of Photinia×fraseri as explants,the different hormones on the proliferation and rooting were explored by adding different plant hormones in MS medium,and the optimal medium of transplanting was selected by investigation of growth in vitro rooting seedlings transplanted in the different substrate.The results showed that MS+2.0 mg·L^-1 6-BA+0.25 mg·L^-1 NAA was the best culture medium for axillary bud sprouting,and the induction rate was 76.7%;MS+2.5 mg·L^-1 6-BA+0.1 m·L^-1 NAA was the best medium for proliferation,and the highest coefficient of propagation reached 5.12 after 35 days;the optimum rooting medium was 1/2 MS+0.8 mg·L^-1 NAA,the rooting rate reached 90%,and the rooting period was shorter;transplanted in vitro rooting seedlings in the substrate mixed of soil and four pieces of sandy loam,the highest survival rate of transplanting was up to 100%.The industrialized breeding system of Photinia×fraseri was basically established.This tissue culture technology could be provided the reference in rapid propagation of Photinia×fraseri.
