摘 要:以西北农林科技大学洛川试验站5年生苹果品种"红富士"为试验材料,常规开沟施肥为对照,研究3种施肥方案(30、45、60 cm深度穴施基质)对土壤微生物多样性及群落结构的影响。结果表明:3种处理方式与对照相比,其菌种丰富度指数、微生物多样性、物种丰富度指数均有不同幅度的提升,其中45 cm穴施基质处理提升最为明显,30 cm穴施基质处理次之,60 cm穴施基质处理除40~60 cm外其它土层也有不同程度的提高;同时微生物的群落结构也出现不同程度的优化,以45 cm穴施基质处理最优。Five-year-old’Red Fuji’in Luochuan Experimental Station of Northwest A&F University was used as the experimental material.By using conventional ditch fertilization as a control,the effects of three fertilization depths on soil microbial diversity and community structure were studied(30 cm,45 cm,60 cm nursery substrate with hole application on soil).The results showed that compared with the control,bacterial species richness index,microbial diversity and species richness index of three treatment methods were improved in different degrees.Among them,the 45 cm nursery substrate with hole application on soil was the most obvious,and the 30 cm treatment was second,the 60 cm treatment also had different degrees of improvement except for 40-60 cm soil layer.At the same time,microbial community structure showed varying degrees of optimization,and the 45 cm treatment was optimal.
