摘　　要：本文首先对目前中小学校园安全事故及建筑设计的问题进行分析,其次从安全角度探讨了校园建筑规划与设计的原则,最后从提高安全标准、优化安全性设计、注意细节问题三方面提出中小学校园建筑规划与设计的策略,并分析具体建设案例,希望为相关人员提供有效参考,提升建筑的安全性。The essay analyses the issues in terms of the safety of middle and primary school as well as the relative architecture design firstly, then discusses about the principles of school planning and design. The strategy of middle and primary school planning and design are pointed out at last in three aspects- upgrading the safety standards, improving the safety design and focusing on the details. The specific real projects are analysed to be referred, in order to improve the architecture safety.
