摘　　要：俄罗斯为世界矿产资源大国,拥有强大的矿物原料综合体。为发展和高效利用国家矿物原料基地,俄罗斯政府批准了《俄罗斯联邦2035年矿物原料基地发展战略》。该战略确定出俄罗斯地质部门的优先发展方向、目标和任务,对俄罗斯战略矿物原料和最重要的矿产资源种类进行了分类。该发展战略中释放出的重要信号对于外国投资者了解俄罗斯地矿部门动态,具有重要意义。Russia is the world's largest mineral resource country, with a strong mineral raw material complex. In order to develop and utilize mineral raw material bases efficiently, the Russian government approved the Development Strategy for the Russian Federation's Mineral Raw Material Base in 2035', which defines the priority development direction,objectives and tasks of the Russian geological sector. Strategic mineral raw materials and the most important mineral resources in Russia are classified. The important signals released in the development strategy are of great significance for foreign investors to understand the developments of Russian geological and mineral sectors.
