摘　　要：习近平总书记关于做好工会维权服务工作的一系列重要指示和要求,为新时代工会认真履行维权服务的基本职责提供了根本遵循。在新时代背景下,特别是在京津冀一体化建设中,首都工会需要从维护劳动者的根本利益出发,对职工劳动经济权益、民主政治权利、精神文化权益、社会权益实现情况以及职工权益维护工作中存在的制约因素进行深入了解和剖析,探索维权工作新内容,拓展维权工作新方式,建立维权工作新机制的途径与方法,在破解难题中推进工会维权工作不断深化创新。General Secretary Xi Jinping’s series of important instructions and requirements on trade unions on maintaining legal rights have provided fundamental compliance for trade unions to conscientiously perform the basic duties of maintaining legal rights services in the new era.Under the background of the new era,especially coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin,and Hebei,trade unions in Beijing should proceed from the fundamental interests of workers,deeply understand and analyze the labor economic rights and interests,democratic and political rights and interests,spiritual and cultural rights and interests of workers,and the realization of social rights and interests,as well as the restrictive factors existing in the maintenance of workers’rights and interests,so as to explore new contents of human rights protection and expand new ways of safeguarding rights.The ways and methods of establishing a new mechanism of safeguarding rights and promoting the innovation of trade union in solving the difficult problems.
