摘　　要：[目的/意义]结合智库和情报机构之间的内在联系,提出智库和情报机构融合发展的建议,旨在探索新型智库的组织形式和管理方式。[方法/过程]运用文献研读、理论推演、质性分析等方法,探讨了智库和情报机构的内涵,分析了智库和情报机构融合发展的必要性和理论契合,提出了智库和情报机构融合发展的选择模式和政策建议。[结果/结论]认为智库建设应该将情报机构纳入发展视野,注意学习借鉴其他数据挖掘的技术与工具。而情报机构应主动融入到智库发展中,为新型智库建设提供更多的信息支持与保障。[Purpose/Significance]Combining the internal and organic links between think tanks and intelligence agencies,this paper puts forward suggestions on the integrated development of them,aiming at exploring new organizational forms and management modes of think tanks.[Method/Process]By means of literature study,theoretical deduction and qualitative analysis,the paper probes into the connotation of think tanks and intelligence agencies,analyzes the necessity and theoretical fit of the integrated development,and puts forward the policy selection model and recommendations for the integration.[Result/Conclusion]Intelligence agencies should be included in the development of think tanks,and think tanks should pay attention to learning from data mining techniques and tools.Intelligence agencies should proactively integrate into the development of think tanks and provide more information support for the construction of new think tanks.
