基于Nature期刊文献的Twitter、Mendeley 和引文指标的比较研究

摘　　要：[目的/意义]针对当前如何将Altmetrics科学合理地引入学术成果影响力评价问题,深入研究传统文献计量指标与Altmetrics的特征及规律,以期进一步完善科研评价体系。[方法/过程]该文以2013年发表在Nature上的生物化学领域文献为样本,获取文献的被引频次、Twitter提及数及Mendeley读者数指标数据,分别对指标数据来源传播新发表论文的速度、积累模式、关注论文的持续性、相关性及文献主题进行分析。[结果/结论]研究发现,引文传播论文的速度比Twitter慢。Mendeley和引文指标在前期积累数据量较少,在中后期呈稳定速度增长,而Twitter与两者相反。Mendely关注论文的持续性最强,被引频次次之,Twitter最弱。指标数据的相关性随时间呈一定趋势变化。Mendeley和引文指标关注文献主题相似,Twitter关注文献主题与两者差异较大。[Purpose/Significance]In view of the current problem of how to introduce Altmetrics into the impact evaluation of academic achievements scientifically and rationally,the characteristics and rules of traditional literature measurement indicators and Altmetrics are studied in depth,so as to further improve the scientific research evaluation system.[Method/Process]Taking the biochemical literature published in Nature in 2013 as the sample and obtaining the citation frequency,Twitter mentions and Mendeley reader counts index data,this paper analyzes speed of disseminating new papers,the accumulation mode,the sustainability of concerning paper,the correlation of index data source and the topics of concerning paper.[Result/Conclusion]The research finds that citation spread the paper more slowly than Twitter.Mendeley and citation metrics accumulate less data in the early stage and show a steady growth rate in the middle and late stage,while Twitter shows the opposite.Mendeley concerns the paper with the strongest persistence,followed by citations,and Twitter with the weakest.The correlation of index data shows a certain trend with time.Mendeley and citation indicators concern paper on similar topics,while Twitter concern paper on different topics.
