人口-土地-产业视角下丘陵山区乡村空心化研究——以奉节县12个调研村为例

摘　　要：为落实乡村振兴战略,全面深化农村改革,解决乡村空心化难题,以奉节县12个调研村为研究区,从人口、土地、产业3个维度构建指标体系,采用均方差决策法、TOPSIS模型测度研究区2014-2018年人口、土地和产业方面空心化特征并揭示其演变趋势。结果表明:(1)研究期内,人口空心化程度降低,其中金千村人口空心化程度明显降低,关山村人口空心化程度明显上升;(2)产业空心化程度呈现减缓趋势,其中最为显著的为水田村;(3)土地空心化程度呈现两极分化,其中关山村和水田村土地空心化趋势得到有效减缓,凤凰村、上磨村和歇马村仍持续加深;(4)整体综合空心化程度变化不大,但梅子村和川前村空心化趋势仍在持续。本研究从微观角度出发,剖析"人、地、业"空心化演变特征及原因并提出空心化治理建议,为小区域乡村地理研究提供实证参考。The paper aims to provide references for implementing the rural revitalization strategy,deepening the rural reform,and solving the problem of rural hollowing.With 12 villages in Fengjie as the research area,an index system was constructed from three dimensions of population,land and industry.The mean square error decision-making method and the TOPSIS model were used to measure the population,land and industry in the study area in 2014-2018,the hollowing features were studied and the evolutionary trends were revealed.The results showed that:(1)during the study period,the degree of population hollowing was reduced,and that of Jinqian village was reduced significantly,while that of Guanshan village was increased significantly;(2)the degree of industry hollowing showed a slowing trend,which was most notable in Shuitian village;(3)the degree of land hollowing was polarized,the hollowing trend of Guanshan village and Shuitian village slowed down effectively,while the trend of Fenghuang village,Shangmo village and Xiema village went on;(4)the degree of comprehensive hollowing did not change much,but the hollowing trend of Meizi village and Chuanqian village was still continuing.From the microscopic point of view,this study analyzes the characteristics and causes of the hollowing of‘people,land and industry’and proposes governance suggestions on village hollowing,which could provide an empirical reference for small-area rural geography research.
