保留卵巢的囊肿剥除术在卵巢囊肿蒂扭转患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨保留卵巢的囊肿剥除术在卵巢囊肿蒂扭转患者中的应用效果。方法选取2017年1月~2018年6月我院收治的73例卵巢囊肿蒂扭转患者作为研究对象,A组(n=41)腹腔镜下行保留卵巢的囊肿剥除术,B组(n=32)腹腔镜下行卵巢切除术。比较两组患者的手术时间、手术出血量、术后并发症发生情况以及术后2个月患者的性激素水平。结果A组患者的手术时间长于B组,术中出血量多于B组,发热及腹膜炎的发生率低于B组(P<0.05);A组患者术后2个月的雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)、黄体生成素(LH)及卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平均高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论卵巢囊肿蒂扭转患者实施手术时应尽量为患者保留卵巢,利于患者日后的机能恢复。Objective To investigate the application effect of cyst exfoliation for ovarian preservation in patients with ovarian cyst pedicle reversal.Methods Seventy-three patients with ovarian cyst pedicle reversal treated in our hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the subjects.Group A (n=41) underwent laparoscopic oophorectomy in patients with ovarian preservation,and group B (n=32) underwent laparoscopic oophorectomy.The operation time,the amount of surgical bleeding,the postoperative complications,and the sex hormone level in patients two months after operation were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time of group A was longer than that of group B,and the amount of bleeding was more than that of group B,but incidences of fever and peritonitis were lower than those of group B (P<0.05).The estradiol (E2),progesterone (P),luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) in group A were higher than those in group B two months after operation,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Patients undergoing surgery for ovarian cyst torsion should try to preserve the ovaries for the patients,which will help the patients to recover in the future.
