前瞻性护理模式在颅脑损伤伴多发伤患者护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨前瞻性护理模式在颅脑损伤伴多发伤患者护理中的应用。方法选取2016年11月~2018年11月我院收治的180例颅脑损伤伴多发伤患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各90例。观察组采用前瞻性护理模式,对照组采用常规护理,比较两组的预后情况并发症总发生率及护理总满意度。结果观察组并发症总发生率(1.11%)低于对照组(10.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组的干预后情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组护理总满意度(95.56%)高于对照组(78.89%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对颅脑损伤伴多发伤患者实施前瞻性护理模式,能有效降低并发症发生率,改善预后,提升护理满意度,值得临床应用与推广。Objective To study the application of prospective nursing interventions in craniocerebral injury patients with multiple injuries.Methods A total of 180 craniocerebral injury patients with multiple injuries treated from November 2016 to November 2018 in our hospital were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table method,90 cases in each group.The observation group was served as prospective nursing interventions,the control group was served as conventional nursing.The prognosis,total incidence of complications and the total satisfaction of nursing between the two groups were compared.Results The total complication rate in the observation group(1.11%) was significantly lower than that in the control group (10.00%)(P<0.05);the cases with moderate disability,severe disability,vegetative state and death in the observation group were better than that in the control group (P<0.05);the nursing total satisfaction in the observation group (95.56%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (78.89%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The prospective nursing interventions can reduce the complication rate,and improve patients′ prognosis and satisfaction.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
