摘  要:目的探讨整体护理在消化不良患儿中的应用效果。方法选择2018年3~9月在我院儿科门诊收治的66例消化不良患儿,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(n=33)和对照组(n=33)。所有患儿均实施常规护理,观察组在此基础上实施整体护理,比较两组临床效果,患儿的心理状态及家属护理总满意度。结果护理措施实施后,观察组护理后的消化不良评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组家属的护理总满意度(93.94%)高于对照组(57.57%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对消化不良患儿实施整体护理,能有效改善其消化不良症状,提高临床效果,促进其恢复并提高家属对护理的满意度,缓解家属的焦虑心理。Objective To explore the effect of holistic nursing in children with dyspepsia.Methods 66 children with dyspepsia admitted to our pediatric clinic from March to September 2018 were selected and divided into the observation group (n=33) and the control group (n=33) according to random number table method.All children were given routine nursing care.The observation group was given holistic nursing on the basis of routine nursing care.The clinical efficacy,psychological status of children and nursing total satisfaction of their families were compared between the two groups.Results After the implementation of nursing measures,the scores of dyspepsia,self-rating depression scale (SDS )and self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistical difference (P<0.05);the total satisfaction rate of the family members in the observation group (93.94%) was higher than that in the control group (57.57%),with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Holistic nursing for children with dyspepsia can effectively improve their symptoms of dyspepsia,improve clinical efficacy,promote their recovery and improve the satisfaction of family members with nursing,and alleviate anxiety of family members.
