摘　　要：为提高换热压力容器安全节能监管水平,开发了一种换热压力容器运行状况在线诊断系统。该系统由多个传感器、数据采集模块和诊断软件组成。系统可实时监控换热压力容器热流程和冷流程进出口温度、压力和流量共12个参数,并具有上下限超调报警功能。通过对多个传感器获取的多个参数进行综合分析,实时计算出传热系数、温度差、压力差、流量差等系统状态参数,从而对能效进行分级,并可对管壁结垢、泄漏、冷热流程内漏等换热压力容器异常状态进行在线诊断。In order to improve the safety and energy conservation supervision level of heat exchange pressure vessels,an operation status online diagnostic system was developed.The system consists of multiple sensors,data acquisition modules and diagnostic software.The system has the property of real-time monitoring 12 heat and cold flow processes parameters of the inlet and outlet temperatures,pressures and flows of heat transfer pressure vessel,and has an upper or lower limit overshoot alarm function.Through comprehensive analysis of multiple parameters obtained by multiple sensors,the system state parameters such as heat transfer coefficient,temperature difference,pressure difference,and flow difference can be calculated.The energy efficiency can be graded and the abnormal states of energy efficiency decline,leakage,and endoleak between cold and hot processes can be online diagnosed based on the state parameters.
