摘 要:为了保证煤矿井下的安全施工,掌握抽采工作面内部的瓦斯分布情况,提出建立以单个瓦斯抽采孔为监测单元的抽采监测系统,为更合理抽采方案提供数据支持。针对钻孔特性,利用TDC1000模拟驱动与TDC7200时间测量芯片,研制了一款基于时差法的管段式矿用钻孔超声波流量计。详细论述了装置的总体框架、测量原理及软硬件设计,并通过标准设备对装置性能进行了验证。试验结果表明,该装置性能优良,能够为煤层气抽采效果评价提供有力的数据基础。In order to ensure the safety of underground coal mine construction and grasp the gas distribution in the working face,a gas extraction monitoring system with a single gas extraction hole as the monitoring unit is proposed to provide data support for a more reasonable extraction scheme.According to the drilling characteristics,a tubular ultrasonic drilling flowmeter based on time difference method is developed by using TDC1000 analog drive and TDC7200 time measuring chip.The overall frame,measuring principle,software and hardware design of the device are discussed in detail.The performance of the device is verified by standard equipment.The test results show that the device has good performance and can provide a strong data basis for the evaluation of coalbed methane extraction effect.
