中成药联合抗氧化性营养素治疗萎缩型老年性黄斑变性45眼临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察中成药滋阴明目丸联合抗氧化性营养素治疗萎缩型老年性黄斑变性患者的临床疗效,为临床萎缩型老年性黄斑变性患者治疗方案选择提供参考。方法纳入2017年1月至2018年1月在我院治疗的萎缩型老年性黄斑变性患者66例90眼作为研究对象,按照就诊时间编号,采用数字随机表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组45眼。两组患者均予以常规西药、抗氧化性营养素治疗,观察组在此基础上,再予以本院自制中成药滋阴明目丸联合治疗。两组患者均连续治疗3个月。比较两组患者治疗前、后临床症状积分,评估两组患者治疗后视力改善、视野改善临床疗效,收集两组患者药物不良反应并比较。结果两组患者治疗前视物昏朦、眼干涩、头昏耳呜、腰膝酸软中医症状积分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。完成治疗后,两组患者上述积分均较治疗前明显降低,且观察组患者头昏耳呜、腰膝酸软评分明显低于对照组患者。完成治疗后,观察组患者视力改善疗效率、视野改善疗效率均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者治疗期间均未收集到严重药物不良反应。结论中成药滋阴明目丸联合抗氧化性营养素治疗萎缩型老年性黄斑变性,可有效改善患者肝肾阴虚症状,提高患者视力、视野改善效果,且并未增加患者药物不良反应率,具有较高的临床价值。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Ziyin Mingmu Pill combined with antioxidant nutrients in the treatment of patients with atrophic senile macular degeneration (atrophic senile macular degeneration), and to provide a reference for the treatment scheme selection of patients with atrophic senile macular degeneration. Methods Total of 90 eyes of 64 patients with atrophic senile macular degeneration who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 was included as research objects. According to the number of visiting times, it was divided into control group and observation group by digital random table method, with 45 eyes in each group. The patients in both groups were treated with conventional western medicine and antioxidant nutrients, and the observation group was then treated with Ziyin Mingmu Pill, a Chinese patent medicine made in our hospital. Patients in both groups were treated continuously for 3 months. The clinical symptom scores of the two groups before and after treatment were compared, and the clinical efficacy of visual acuity improvement and visual field improvement after treatment were evaluated. Adverse drug reactions of the two groups were collected and compared. Results Two way before cancer treatment faint meng vision, dry eyes, dizziness, ear blare, lumbar debility of TCM symptom integral is no statistically significant difference ( P >0.05), the completion of treatment, two groups of patients with the score was significantly decreased, and the observation group of patients with dizziness ear blare, patients with lumbar debility score significantly lower than the control group ( P <0.05). After the completion of treatment, the efficacy rate of visual acuity improvement and visual acuity improvement in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group ( P <0.05), and no serious adverse drug reactions were observed in the two groups during the treatment.
