摘 要:基于定容燃烧弹研究了亚临界状态的正己烷喷射到近临界点的亚/超临界环境时的喷射燃烧过程,并利用高速摄像机和光学测试系统采集图像信息,探究相同超临界温度、不同亚/超临界压力下正己烷喷射燃烧过程的差异.结果表明:亚临界环境压力下,随着环境压力的增加,喷射正己烷的滞燃期呈先减小后增大的趋势,在临界压力处出现峰值,而进入超临界环境压力后,又呈现出减小的趋势.燃烧着火始点的位置随着环境压力的增加逐渐靠近油嘴,但在临界点附近,着火点位置沿喷射轴线方向离油嘴的距离呈先增大后减小的趋势.超临界环境下的喷射火焰相比于亚临界环境下的喷射火焰拥有较大的火焰锥角,这是由亚/超临界环境下燃油喷射、汽化及燃烧过程的差异所致.The combustion process of sub-critical n-hexane injected into sub-and super-critical environments near the critical point was studied on a constant volume combustion vessel. The image information was collected by a high speed camera and optical test system. This test was to explore the difference of n-hexane injection and combustion process in the sub-and super-critical environments which have the same temperature but different pressures. The experimental results show that,with the increase of the ambient pressure,the ignition delay shows a tendency of decreasing first and then increasing,reaching a peak value near the critical point. After entering into the super-critical pressure range,the ignition delay exhibits a decreasing trend. The ignition starting point is gradually close to the nozzle along the nozzle axis with the increase of the ambient pressure,but there is a trend of increasing first and then decreasing near the critical point. The flame in the super-critical environment has larger flame cone angle than that in the sub-critical environment,which is caused by the difference of injection fragmentation and gasification under suband super-critical environments.
