摘 要:文章以铁路货车120型控制阀为研究对象,基于AMESim仿真平台建立了整车空气制动系统仿真模型,采用定置试验台数据驱动仿真模型,通过分析制动级位和动态压力特性验证仿真模型的正确性。对比常用制动和紧急制动过程的仿真计算结果和测试实验,显示其动态压力特性曲线吻合较好,该仿真模型能够较好地表征控制阀的动态工作特性。This paper establishes a simulation model of 120 control valve for freight train based on AMESim simulation platform.The simulation model is driven by test rig data, and the correctness of simulation model is verified by analyzing the braking levels and dynamic pressure characteristics. Service braking and emergency braking have been simulated, and the simulation results of dynamic pressure characteristic are in good agreement with the test results. All this proves that the simulation model can correctly simulate the dynamic working characteristics of 120 control valves.
