摘 要:将外挂重物的碱矿渣隧道防火涂料(ASF)试件固定在改装的电磁式垂直振动台上,测试其在振动风吸作用下的破坏时间和粘结强度,研究ASF在隧道中的抗振动风吸性能.采用ASAP-2020M孔结构分析仪和SEM微观测试方法揭示其损伤机理.研究表明,聚丙烯纤维(PPF)掺量越大,ASF破坏时间越长,粘结强度越高;当PPF掺量为0.6%(A6组)时,其破坏时间比不掺时(A0组)提高177%.由于PPF桥接作用可有效抑制裂纹的发展,振动风吸时间为30 min时,A6组比A0组粘结强度损失率降低33.8%.A alkali-activated slag tunnel fireproof coating(ASF)specimen attached by a weight was fixed on a modified electromagnetic vertical vibration platform,and the failure time and the bond strength of ASF were measured.The vibration and wind suction resistant behavior of ASF was investigated.The failure mechanism was revealed by a ASAP-2020M pore structure analyzer and SEM method.The study shows that the greater the amount of polypropylene fiber(PPF)is,the longer the ASF failure time and the higher the bond strength.When the PPF content is 0.6%(A6),the failure time is increased by 177%compared to ASF without PPF(A0).Because the bridge effect of PPF can effectively inhibit the development of cracks,when the vibrating and wind suction time was 30 min,the loss rate of bond strength of A6 is reduced by 33.8%compared to A0.
