摘 要:测试天然骨料及3种再生骨料的基本性能,研究再生骨料和天然骨料的性能差异及其对透水混凝土的影响.以骨料种类和目标孔隙率为主要影响因素设计透水混凝土配合比,并以振动成型法、插捣成型法配制15组透水混凝土,研究骨料种类、目标孔隙率、成型方式对透水混凝土28 d立方体抗压强度和渗透系数的影响.结果表明:再生骨料存在吸水率高、压碎指标大的问题,但能满足配制透水混凝土骨料的要求;插捣成型法配制的透水混凝土渗透性能表现较好;品质高的骨料制备的透水混凝土具有较高的抗压强度和渗透系数;随着目标孔隙率的增大,透水混凝土的渗透系数增大,但抗压强度随之减小.The basic properties of natural aggregate and 3 kinds of recycled aggregate were tested to study the performance of recycled aggregate and natural aggregate.The mix ratio of pervious concrete was designed with aggregate type and target porosity as main influencing factors,and 15 groups of pervious concrete were prepared by means of vibration molding and tamping molding to study the influence of aggregate type,porosity and forming method on compressive strength and permeability coefficient of pervious concrete.The experiment results indicated that the recycled aggregate has the problems of high water absorption rate and crushing index,but it can meet the requirements of preparation of pervious concrete aggregate.The performance of pervious concrete prepared by the method of ramming was better.The pervious concrete made of high quality aggregate had high compressive strength and permeability coefficient.With increase of porosity,the permeability coefficient of pervious concrete increases,but the compressive strength decreases.
