金骨丸治疗早期非创伤性股骨头坏死临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察金骨丸治疗早期非创伤性股骨头坏死的临床疗效。方法:52例随机分为治疗组25例和对照组27例。对照组用阿仑膦酸钠片治疗,治疗组用金骨丸治疗。结果:随访12~17个月,两组VAS评分较治疗前降低(P<0.05)。两组Harris评分均较治疗前提高(P<0.05),且治疗组Harris评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组较对照组患髋影像学进展延缓(P<0.05)。结论:金骨丸治疗早期股骨头坏死疗效较好,能改善髋关节功能并延缓影像学进展。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Jingu Pills on early femoral head necrosis.Method:52 cases were randomly divided into treatment group(25 cases)and control group(27 cases).The control group were treated with alendronate while the treatment group were treated with Jingu Pills.Result:50 cases were followed up for 12-17 months.VAS score in the treatment group and the control group were significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).Harris score in both groups were significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.05)and Harris score in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The imaging progress of the affected hip was significantly delayed in the treatment group compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jingu Pills has a definite curative effect on early femoral head necrosis,which could significantly improve the function of the hip joint and delay the imaging progress.
