活血止痛膏配合针刺治疗急性踝关节扭伤临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察活血止痛膏配合针刺治疗急性踝关节扭伤的疗效。方法:82例按随机数表法分为观察组和对照组各41例。两组均用基础治疗及活血止痛膏,观察组加用针刺治疗。结果:观察组痊愈率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组疼痛、压痛、肿胀、功能障碍和瘀斑症状积分均低于治疗前(P<0.05),两组AOFAS评分均高于治疗前(P<0.05),观察组变化幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。两组满意度得分和不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:活血止痛膏配合针刺治疗急性踝关节扭伤疗效较好。Objective:To observe the curative effect of Huoxue Zhitong Ointment combined with acupuncture on acute ankle sprain.Method:82 cases were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method.Both groups were treated with basic therapy and Huoxue Zhitong Ointment and the observation group were treated with acupuncture additionally.Result:The curative rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of pain,tenderness,swelling,dysfunction and ecchymosis in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).The AOFAS scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05)and the changes of the observation group were greater than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the satisfaction scores and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Huoxue Zhitong Ointment combined with acupuncture is effective in treating acute ankle sprain.
