摘  要:以梧桐庄矿墩柱式沿空留巷为背景,针对可缩性墩柱支护强度不足等问题,通过室内试验、理论分析确定墩柱的加劲补强措施,利用ANSYS软件对可缩性墩柱在加劲前后的力学性能进行数值模拟分析并结合现场应用,验证了加劲补强技术的可行性和效果。结果表明:墩柱破坏形式表现为中部搭接处弯曲变形较大,易导致局部失稳,底部发生鼓曲破坏;采用墩柱中部焊接加劲肋的补强措施可使弯曲变形减小75%,只有轻微弯曲变形;柱底焊接加劲环后,柱脚鼓曲现象明显减少,几乎不发生鼓曲变形。现场应用验证了补强后的墩柱能够起到良好支护作用,满足矿井生产要求。With the background of the pier-type retaining road along the Wutongzhuang mine as the background,in order to solve the problems of insufficient support strength of the shrinkable pier column,the stiffening and strengthening measures of the pier column are determined through laboratory tests and theoretical analysis.and the mechanical properties of the shrinkable pier before and after stiffening is simulated by ANSYS software,and combined with field application to verify the feasibility and effect of the stiffening technology.The results show that the failure mode of the pier column is that the bending deformation of the middle joint is large,which is easy to cause local instability,and the drum is broken at the bottom.The reinforcing deformation of the stiffener in the middle of the pier can reduce the bending deformation by 75%,only slight bending deformation;after the bottom of the column is welded with the stiffening ring,the drumming phenomenon of the column foot is significantly reduced,and the drum deformation is hardly occurred.Field application shows that the pillars after reinforcement can play a good supporting role and meet the mine production requirements.
