摘　　要：化工仪器的正常运行,不仅关系到一个企业的经济效益,更是保证了工作人员的安全。因此,化工仪器在企业的运行过程中有着举足轻重的作用。而化工仪器是否正常运行,是靠化工仪表来反映的,但化工企业中的仪表在日常运转中会遇到各种各样的故障,这对化工设备的检测和企业的生产造成了一定的影响,所以保护好化工仪表是非常重要的。因此,从化工仪表的含义和发生故障的原因出发,分析化工仪表常见故障,并提出相应的检修方法,从而让化工仪表更好地发挥作用。The normal operation of chemical instruments is not only related to the economic benefits of the normal operation of an enterprise,but also ensures the safety of staff.Therefore,chemical instruments play an important role in the operation of enterprises.The normal operation of chemical instruments is reflected by chemical instruments,but the instruments in chemical enterprises will encounter various faults in daily operation,which has a certain impact on the detection of chemical equipment and the production of enterprises,so it is very important to protect chemical instruments.Therefore,starting from the meaning of chemical instruments and the causes of their faults,this paper analyses the common faults of chemical instruments,and puts forward the corresponding maintenance methods,so as to make chemical instruments play a better role.
