摘　　要：煤化工项目中,各类材质换热器大量应用,由于使用过程中工艺介质中氯离子、溶氧、湿硫化氢等物质超标,会使换热器逐渐发生泄漏,给生产带来影响,也存在较大的安全风险。针对大唐克旗煤制天然气公司使用浊循环水的换热器曾经由于氯离子超标发生的问题,重点介绍了分析和处理过程。In coal chemical engineering projects,heat exchangers of various materials are widely used.Because chloride ions,dissolved oxygen,wet hydrogen sulfide and other substances in the process medium exceed the standard,heat exchangers will gradually leak,which will have an impact on production and also have a greater safety risk.In this paper,the problem of chloride ion exceeding the standard in the heat exchanger of turbid circulating water used by Datangkeqi Coal-to-Natural Gas Company was selected,and the analysis and treatment process were introduced emphatically.
