猪流行性腹泻与猪圆环病毒2型混合感染的诊断与分析

摘　　要：猪流行性腹泻病毒是引起猪腹泻的主要病原,近几年来,国内猪流行性腹泻呈高发态势,山西省多个地区规模化猪场发生哺乳仔猪腹泻,死亡率高达80%~100%。猪圆环病毒2型是我国目前感染率最高的疫病,可引发断奶仔猪多系统衰竭综合征,损害免疫系统,造成免疫抑制。山西省农业科学院畜牧兽医研究所猪病研究室从各地规模化猪场采集因腹泻病死哺乳仔猪肠道内容物及肠系膜淋巴结各53份进行分子学检测诊断。结果发现,猪流行性腹泻病毒阳性率为90.6%;猪圆环病毒2型阳性率为69.8%。认为当前猪流行性腹泻严重发生与猪圆环病毒2型混合感染有密切关系。因此,在预防猪流行性腹泻的同时,要重视猪圆环病毒2型的免疫工作,并采取相关的综合防控措施,控制猪流行性腹泻的发生。Porcine epidemic diarrhea virus(DEDV)is the main cause of diarrhea in pigs.In recent years,domestic porcine epidemic diarrhea exhibits high incidence of disease.Since 2015,the diarrhea of suckling piglets occurred in large-scale pig farms in many areas of Shanxi province,and the mortality rate was as high as 80%-100%,which led to a serious loss.Porcine circovirus type 2(PCV2)was the highest infection rate epidemic disease in our country,which contributed to weaning piglet multisystemic wasting syndrome,destroyed immune system and caused immunodepression.Institute of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine,Shanxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences collected 53 cases of intestinal contents and mesenteric lymph nodes of suckling piglets died of diarrhea from large-scale pig farms for molecular detection and diagnosis.The results showed that the positive rate of PEDV was 90.6%,while the PCV2 was 69.8%.It was believed that the cause of the current epidemic diarrhea was closely related to the mixed infection of PCV2.Thus,while preventing porcine epidemic diarrhea,it was meaningful to pay more attention to the immune work of PCV2 and took relevant comprehensive prevention to control the occurrence of porcine epidemic diarrhea.
