摘 要:目的:建立一个科学、实用的智能化急诊预检分诊系统应用于临床。方法:以改良版FRENCH为基础,结合临床工作实际,制定出一个智能化预检分诊系统,该系统能根据患者主诉、生命体征等主、客观指标自动判定患者分诊级别,实现智能分诊。结果:统计比较使用智能化预检分诊系统前后(2017年1-6月与2018年1-6月)的数据,患者就诊期间不良事件由5起降为0;分诊时间由(198.55±69.70)s降到(131.35±26.33)s;患者满意度由82%提高到91%。结论:智能化预检分诊提高了分诊效率、分诊质量和患者满意度,保障了患者安全。Objective: To establish a scientific and practical intelligent emergency preview triage system and apply it to clinical practice.Methods: Based on the theory of modified version of FRENCH and combined with clinical practice, we developed an intelligent preview triage system. It can determine the triage level according to the subjective and objective indicators of patient such as vital signs,complaints and so on. Results: Compared the data before(January to June 2017) and after(January to June 2018) the application of the preview triage system. The incidence of adverse events dropped from 5 to 0. The triage time decreased from(198.55±69.7) s to(131.35±26.33)s. Patient satisfaction increased from 82% to 91%. Conclusion: The intelligent preview triage system can improve work efficiency, quality and patient satisfaction, and ensure patient safety.
