摘　　要：目的:探讨超声造影在甲状腺微波消融中的应用效果。方法:选取2017年2月至2018年2月在中国石油天然气集团公司中心医院就诊的甲状腺良性结节患者98例,按随机数表法分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规甲状腺次全切除术,观察组予超声造影下甲状腺微波消融术治疗。结果:对照组术中出血量、手术时间及住院时间均高于观察组;观察组术后游离甲状腺素、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸、促甲状腺激素水平均较高于对照组;观察组49例患者中共检出结节63个,消融后3个月结节最大直径及结节体积均小于消融前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:甲状腺微波消融术中应用超声造影治疗甲状腺良性结节效果确切,可减少影响甲状腺良性结节患者术中出血量及患者甲状腺功能,可有效消除病灶。Objective: To investigate the effect of application of ultrasound contrast in thyroid microwave ablation. Methods: 98 patients with benign thyroid nodules who were treated in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was treated with conventional subtotal thyroidectomy,while the observation group was treated with thyroid microwave ablation under ultrasound contrast. Results: The amount of bleeding during operation, operation time and hospitalization time in the control group were higher than those in the observation group;the levels of free thyroxine, free triiodothyronine and thyrotropin after operation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group;63 nodules were detected in 49 patients in the observation group, and the maximum diameter and volume of nodules3 months after ablation were smaller than those before ablation. The difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion:Ultrasound contrast is effective in the treatment of benign thyroid nodules in the thyroid microwave ablation. It can reduce the amount of bleeding and thyroid function in patients with benign thyroid nodules, and effectively eliminate the lesions.
