摘　　要：目的:通过挖掘肺炎患者就医过程中的费用明细数据,为医保智能审核打下基础。方法:基于Apriori算法分析与肺炎疾病有关联关系的药品、耗材和诊疗服务。结果:挖掘出肺炎患者的常用药品、耗材和诊疗服务。结论:基于肺炎患者就医过程中的常用药品、耗材和诊疗服务,可为医保智能审核应用提供支持。Objective: By mining the detailed cost data of pneumonia patients in the process of seeking medical treatment, it lays a foundation for medical insurance intelligent audit. Methods: Pharmaceuticals, consumables and diagnostic items related to pneumonia were analyzed based on Apriori algorithm. Results: The commonly used drugs, consumables and diagnosis and treatment items of pneumonia patients were found. Conclusion: The commonly used medicines, consumables and diagnostic and therapeutic services could be used to provide decision support for the application of medical insurance intelligent audit.
