摘　　要：非法统方扰乱了医疗机构的正常医疗秩序,破坏了医院医德医风建设,打破了医疗市场公平交易的规则。医院防统方系统基于数据库审计技术,对医院医疗信息系统中的统方行为加以识别。结合当前防统方工作相关的监管趋势,对防统方软件在医院医疗信息系统实际应用中存在的问题进行了探讨。Illegal prescription counting behaviours have disturbed the normal medical order of medical institutions, destroyed the construction of medical ethics in hospitals, and broken the rules of fair trade in the medical market. Based on the database auditing technology, the hospital defence system identifies illegal prescription counting behaviours in hospital medical information system. We will discuss problems those occurred during the application of the Illegal Prescription Counting Prevention Systemin hospital medical information system as well as the current regulatory trend of preventing illegal prescription counting behaviours.
