摘 要:出矿品位很大程度上影响矿石回收率及其选矿成本。现有出矿品位测定方法分析时间较长不能及时有效地指导矿山生产。结合甘肃某镍矿矿岩特性,提出利用人工CAD面积圈定法和ArcGIS测定法进行爆堆矿岩比例计算,对其出矿品位进行测定。为便于现场实际操作,进一步对ArcGIS测定法进行优化,直接利用矿岩面积比进行修正,计算出废石混入率,以指导矿山生产。The grade of mined ore greatly affects the ore recovery rate and its beneficiation costs.The current analysis method of the mined ore grade can’t guide the mine production in a timely and effective manner.Combined with the characteristics of a certain nickel ore in Gansu Province,the artificial CAD area circle method and ArcGIS method were proposed to calculate the proportion of ore to rock in blasting pile,and measures the mined ore grade.The ArcGIS measurement method was further optimized to facilitate the actual operation,and the area ratio was directly used for correction calculation of the waste in-ore rate so as to guide the mine production.
