摘 要:针对新疆地区采用膜下灌溉技术的番茄种植模式,番茄收获机在作业中,滴灌带和地膜容易缠绕在分离滚筒上的问题,通过对番茄果秧传动过程中的特性进行研究分析后,确定果秧分离机理,对果秧分离装置的结构进行设计,通过试验证明,该装置果秧分离率为97.8%,分离破损率为1.6%,且能够避免滴灌带和地膜缠绕。In view of the tomato planting mode using submerged irrigation technology in Xinjiang, the problem of the drip irrigation belt and the film mulching is easy to be wound on the separation drum during the harvesting operation. After studying and analyzing the characteristics of the tomato fruit stalk transmission process. The principle of fruit separation and transmission was determined, and the structure of the fruit separation device was designed. The test proved that the device has high separation efficiency and good effect, and can avoid the drip irrigation belt and the film entanglement, which is convenient for later maintenance.
