摘 要:针对我国目前已有的水稻机械化直播中排种器的使用和研发现状,以及虚拟样机技术和离散元模拟仿真在农业机械设计上的应用,本文主要研究利用CATIA软件改进设计一种新型气吸式水稻排种器,以水稻种子为原料,通过单因素和正交试验,确定出影响排种器工作质量的主要因素为排种盘孔径、排种盘真空度和排种盘转速,并得出最优试验条件为:排种盘孔径2.2 mm、排种盘真空度3.0 kPa和排种盘转速45 r/min,在此条件下的排种器排种合格率为92.24%。运用了CFD-DEM耦合技术完成排种器工作过程仿真,并将结果于台架试验进行比较,为排种器的数字化设计提供一定的理论依据。Aiming at the present situation of the use and development of metering device in Mechanized Direct Seeding of rice in China, and the application of virtual prototyping technology and discrete element simulation in agricultural machinery design, this paper mainly studies the improvement of CATIA software to design a new type of air-suction rice metering device. Using rice seeds as raw materials, through single factor and orthogonal experiments, the influencing metering device worker is determined. The main factors affecting the quality of planting are the aperture of the metering tray, the vacuum degree of the metering tray and the rotational speed of the metering tray. The optimum test conditions are as follows: the aperture of the metering tray is 2.2 mm, the vacuum degree of the metering tray is 3.0 kPa and the rotational speed of the metering tray is 45 r/min. Under these conditions, the qualified rate of the metering device is 92.24%. CFD-DEM coupling technology is used to simulate the working process of the metering device, and the results are compared with the bench test, which provides a theoretical basis for the digital design of the metering device.
