摘 要:设计了十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)插层镍钛层状双金属氢氧化物(Ni TiLDH-SDBS)超分子复合材料的染料吸附性能的综合性实验。通过X-射线衍射和红外光谱分析方法对合成的Ni Ti-LDH-SDBS无机-有机主客体超分子复合材料进行表征,证实了超分子复合材料的成功制备;同时考察了复合材料的染料吸附性能,染料去除率通过紫外-可见分光光度计进行定量分析。结果显示,Ni Ti-LDHSDBS复合材料对亚甲基蓝的吸附效果优于甲基橙,这可能是由于LDH与SDBS间较强的主客体相互作用,亚甲基蓝主要通过与SDBS间的客体-客体相互作用而吸附;Ni Ti-LDH-SDBS对亚甲基蓝的吸附行为符合Langmuir等温吸附模型和拟二级动力学模型,计算得饱和吸附量181.2 mg/g,与实验测得176.4 mg/g基本一致。A comprehensive experiment of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate(SDBS)intercalated nickel-titanium layered double hydroxide(Ni Ti-LDH-SDBS)synthesis and application in dye adsorption is designed.The Ni Ti-LDHSDBS with SDBS guest molecule in the interlayer were successfully synthesized,and characterized by X-ray diffraction and infrared spectroscopy.The dye adsorption performance of the intercalation complex and the dye removal rate were quantitatively analyzed by ultraviolet-visible absorption spectroscopy.The results show that the adsorption of methylene blue(MB)on Ni Ti-LDH-SDBS is better than that of methyl orange(MO),owing to the stronger guest-guest interaction between MB and SDBS.The adsorption behavior of MB on Ni Ti-LDH-SDBS accords with Langmuir adsorption isotherm and pseudo-second-order equation,the calculated saturated adsorption amount was 181.2 mg/g,which was basically consistent with the experimental measurement of 176.4 mg/g.
