Morphological and Population Characteristics of Eothenomys melanogaster Based on Habitat and Seasonal Changes in Jiangxi Wuyishan

摘  要:为揭示江西武夷山保护区黑腹绒鼠(Eothenomys melanogaster)的形态及其种群生态特征,采用铗日法于2014年夏季、秋季和2015年春季,选取植被垂直带上6个不同的生境类型进行研究。研究结果表明:江西武夷山保护区黑腹绒鼠分布于海拔1 800 m以上的落叶阔叶林、苔藓矮曲林、台湾松林及山顶草甸等生境中,且在台湾松林和山顶草甸中为优势物种,伴生种有社鼠(Rattus niviventer)、针毛鼠(Rattus fulvescens)、巢鼠(Micromysminutus)等。不同季节的平均捕获数差异不显著(P>0.05),但捕获的总数夏季>春季>秋季。雄性黑腹绒鼠的数量多于雌性,但雌性的个体大于雄性。不同生境的黑腹绒鼠形态特征仅后足长存在差异性(P<0.05),不同季节的体重和耳长存在差异性(P<0.05)。不同季节雌性黑腹绒鼠均有怀孕现象,但仅在台湾松林和山顶草甸生境中。To reveal the morphology and ecological characteristics of Eothenomys melanogaster in Jiangxi Wuyishan,six different habitat types in the vertical zone of vegetation were selected for study with trap day method in the summer of 2014,autumn and spring of 2015.The results showed that Eothenomys melanogaster distribute in deciduous broad - leaved forest,mossy dwarf forest,Taiwan pine forest and mountain meadow above 1 800 m.Eothenomys melanogaster was the dominant species in Taiwan pine forest and mountain meadow,and its population associated species included Rattus niviventer,Rattus fulvescens,Micromys minutes and so on.There was no significant difference of the trapped average number in different seasons ( P > 0.05),but the trapped total number were summer > spring > autumn.Males number were more than females,but female individual was larger than male.There was significant difference only of the back foot length in different habitats ( P < 0.05),and there were significant difference of the body weight and ear length in different seasons ( P < 0.05).The females were pregnant in different seasons,but only in Taiwan pine forest and mountain meadow habitats.
