“釜底加薪”在糖尿病辨治中的运用

摘　　要：现代中医学认为消渴的主要病机是"阴津亏损,燥热偏盛",然而在临床上多有阳虚消渴的患者,消渴主要病变脏腑在肾,肾阳虚为消渴病变的关键之一,肾阳作为人体的"薪",或因禀赋不足,或因年老虚衰,或因久病损伤,多呈现出有"少薪"、"无薪"的情况,针对这些情况所致的消渴,需在辨证的基础上"釜底加薪",具体而言,或以辛温之品助阳、或以血肉有情之品涵阳、或以补阴之品阴中求阳,以期阴平阳秘而消渴可治。Modern Chinese medicine believes that the main pathogenesis of Diabetes is "Yin deficiency and the heat absolute predominance". However,there are many patients of diabetes with Yang deficiency. The main lesion of diabetes is located in the kidney. Kidney Yang deficiency is one of the keys to diabetes. Kidney Yang is the "wood fire" of the human body. On the one hand,due to congenital weakness leads to insufficient kidney Yang. On the other hand,because of the gradual increase in age,there is a debilitating. In addition,because of due to long-term illness damage to the body or other underlying diseases. These reasons have caused the deficiency of kidney Yang. It is the case that the human body has "no firewood" or "lack of firewood". Diabetes caused by these reasons requires "adding firewood under the pot" on the basis of syndrome differentiation. In terms of the method of treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,some use Chinese herbal medicine with heating effect which is tastes pungent to strengthening Yang,some cherish Yang with the Chinese medicines made of blood and meat or other parts of human and animals. In addition,some people use the method of obtaining Yang from Yin,with a view to balance Yin and Yang to cure diabetes.
