加味茯苓四逆汤对肾阳虚小鼠温阳作用的机制研究

摘　　要：目的:评价加味茯苓四逆汤的温阳作用并探讨其治疗作用机理。方法:采用氢化可的松腹腔注射方法,复制小鼠肾阳虚证模型;采用低温游泳实验和冷冻实验观察加味茯苓四逆汤的温阳作用。结果:在低温游泳时间方面,加味茯苓四逆汤中、低剂量组与模型组比较有显著差异(P<0.01);在冷冻实验中,加味茯苓四逆汤中剂量组存活率与模型组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:加味茯苓四逆汤具有显著的温心肾之阳的作用。其作用机理为通过补益命门真火和心阳之君火实现,其不离乎心肾二脏。本方配伍特点符合《内经》“少火生气,壮火食气”之旨。Objective: Evaluating the effect of Warming Yang of Modified Fuling Sini Decoction and exploring the mechanism of it's treatment. Methods: Introducing the way of intraperitoneally injecting Hydrocortisone to establish mouse model of syndrome of deficiency of kidney-Yang,observing the effect of warming Yang of Modified Fuling Sini Decoction by means of swimming and freezing experiments. Results: Compared with the model group,the middle-dose and low-dose groups had significant differences ( P<0. 01) on swimming time,the middle-dose group had significant differences ( P<0. 05) on survival rate. Conclusions: Modified Fuling Sini Decoction has evident effect of warming kidney-Yang and heart-Yang,and it's mechanism is fulfilled through warming the fire of life-gate and heart. The compatibility feature of Modified Fuling Sini Decoction is in accordance with the aim of“junior fire supporting vital Qi,superheat consuming Qi”of Neijing.
