摘  要:目的探索建立适用于医院医疗设备的一种预知性维护和保养技术。方法参考工业设备预知性维护和管理模型,提出医疗设备预防性维护这一概念,并对实施预知性维护的切入点和步骤进行了阐述,然后针对Minitrace型回旋加速器开展预知性维护和保养工作。结果通过预知性维护的实施和备件库的建立,设备的故障次数呈逐年下降趋势,设备的停机时间得以缩短,给患者的诊疗提供了充分保障,为医院带来了很好的社会效益。结论医疗设备的预知性维护优于既定模式下的预防性保养,其具有实际的可操作性,能够在大部分医疗设备的维护工作中进行推广。Objective To explore a predictive maintenance and servicing technique which is suitable for the medical equipment in the hospital.Methods The concept of predictive maintenance of medical equipment was proposed by referring to the model of the predictive maintenance and management model of industrial equipment.The key points and steps for carrying out the preventive maintenance of medical equipment were expounded,and then the predictive maintenance was carried out for the minitrace-type cyclotron.Results Through the implementation of the predictive maintenance and the establishment of replacement parts,the failure frequency of equipment fell over the years.It was shown that the predictive maintenance could reduce the downtime of equipment,and provided a sufficient guarantee for the diagnosis and treatment of patients.Meanwhile,it also could bright excellence social benefits for the hospital.Conclusion The predictive maintenance of medical equipment is better than that of the precautionary maintenance under the established model.It has practical operability and can be popularized in the maintenance of most medical equipment.
