摘　　要：目的血透机消毒最后三分钟出现故障报警是血透机维修中非常常见的现象,我院处于刚使用中央供液阶段,此类故障频发达到了机器故障量的三成。为了减少维修时间,本文列举了一部分常见故障,希望对此类故障的维修有所帮助。方法通过由整体到局部、由简单到复杂的步骤,对血透机进行系统性的有序排查。结果通过对此类故障充分的了解,客观分析,有效地节约了维修时间,保证了机器的安全工作。结论通过平时有针对性的预防性维护与规范操作,大大降低了此类故障的发生率。Objective It is a very common phenomenon in the maintenance of hemodialysis machine that the failure alarm occurs in the last three minutes of disinfection of hemodialysis machine.Our hospital is just in the stage of central liquid supply,and the frequency of such faults has reached 30%of the machine fault quantity.This paper lists some common faults,hoping to help the maintenance of such faults.Methods Systematic and orderly screening of hemodialysis machine was carried out by whole to part and simple to complex steps.Results Through full understanding and objective analysis of such faults,the maintenance time was effectively saved and the safety of the machine was guaranteed.Conclusion Preventive maintenance and standard operation can reduce the incidence of such faults.
