摘 要:本文在已有的SO3微热爆协同稀碱处理方法基础上,以稻草秸秆为原料,利用粘质沙雷氏菌(Serratia marcescens)AB 90027胞外酶液对芳香化合物的氧化作用,提出了SO3微热爆/酶催化H2O2氧化联合稀碱液预处理法,该法能显著提高稻草秸秆中的木质素去除率,提高综纤维素含量。经过工艺优化得到最佳工艺条件为:固液比为1∶10;粘质沙雷氏菌酶液浸润温度为55℃,浸润时长为60 min;5%H2O2氧化温度为55℃,氧化时长为45 min。在最佳工艺条件下木质素含量从12.28%降至1.71%,木质素剥离率达到86.16%,综纤维素的含量达到92.8%。In this paper,based on the existing methods of SO3 micro-thermal explosion combined with dilute alkali treatment,straw was used as raw material to oxidize aromatic compounds by extracellular enzyme solution of Serratia marcescens(Serratia marcescens)AB 90027.A method of SO3 micro-thermal explosion/enzyme-catalyzed H2O2 oxidation combined with dilute alkali solution pretreatment was proposed,which can significantly increase the removal rate of lignin and the content of holocellulose in rice straw.The optimum technological conditions were obtained as follows:the ratio of solid to liquid was 1:10,the infiltration temperature was 55℃,the infiltration time was 60 min.5%H2O2 oxidation temperature was 55℃,and the oxidation time was 45 min.Under the optimum conditions,the lignin content decreased from 12.28%to 1.71%,the lignin stripping rate reached 86.16%,and the holocellulose content reached 92.8%.
