摘  要:中海油某油气处理终端可行性研究阶段,结合油气处理工艺、公用、储运系统用热需求,通过对比不同的供热方式,综合比选适合的用热方案。在同一个设计原则下,在油田群全周期开发经济年限内,从设备初始投资、操作费用、维护成本、可靠性、环保标准、经济性、市场可选资源等多方面进行评价,同时,结合行业设计习惯、已建油气终端现场操作人员运维情况及意见反馈,推荐最优设计方案,将生产需求合理化实施。In the feasibility study stage of a certain oil and gas treatment terminal of cnooc,combined with the heat demand of oil and gas treatment process,public utility,storage and transportation system,through the comparison of different heating methods,the comprehensive comparison of suitable heat solutions was selected.Under the same design principle in the oil field within the period of the whole development of cycle economy,from the equipment initial investment,operating cost,maintenance cost,reliability,environmental protection standard,economy,market optional resources evaluation,at the same time,based on existing design habits,oil and gas industry terminal operator operational situation on site and feedback,recommend the most optimal design scheme of rationalizing production requirements.
